Loved the vegetables and shrimp. The steak was either over cooked or just a tough meat. I recommend the birthday roll it was yummy. I think they should take a look at the music they are playing as one of the songs had nothing but cuss words in it and that almost made me walk out. I wish they cooked in front of you for for an express place it was good.

I want to start this review by saying none of this is dramatized. The service is PERFECT. They are always kind greeting you when you walk in the door there’s never a phone in sight. They are sure to pay attention to you and all your needs when a mistake is made ( Which is very rare might I add) They are quick to correct it and are very efficient at doing so. I had spilled a very full drink and they assured me it was OK and we’re very kind in cleaning it up for me. The bathrooms are very pristine. I could eat off of that floor and wood feel cleaner going to eat in any of the fast food restaurants around here. The food is wonderful. I have never had something I did not like. The food is fresh and comes out very quick even in lunch rush. Overall, this is the best restaurant that has come to Madison in a long time.

Thank you! Just what Madison needed!! My co-worker and I decided to give them a try today for lunch, and we were not disappointed!! You can order at the counter or the kiosk. I was a little skeptical because of the crowd, but they did an excellent job and cleared the rush--fast and efficiently! And even though they were busy, the food still came out fairly quickly, and it was delicious!! Quality and quanity! Very good customer service also--my co-worker ordered my steak wrong, and they changed it with no problem!! I will definitely be back!!

My husband has been here a few times for lunch and loved it, but we went as a family for the first time last weekend and everything was awesome! We had teriyaki chicken and hibachi chicken, they were both great, and all of the vegetables were delicious. We also tried a few different sushi rolls, which were prepared fresh, and each one was so good! The place was clean, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was quick and super friendly. We will definitely be back!

I haven't been this surprised by a restaurant in a long time! We came for the first time tonight and everything was great. It's a self-service situation, where you order at the counter and they bring the food out to your table. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great! We are sushi lovers and tried an assortment of rolls, each being delicious. The hibachi was good, as well, but the sushi was the star. Well definitely be back.

We recently tried out Sakura Sushi and were so impressed! We placed a very large to-go order, and it was ready in less than 20 minutes — incredibly fast for the amount of food we ordered. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. We’ll definitely be ordering again soon — such a great addition to the local dining scene!
